On June 12, 2012, Professor Bloch from Michael George Law School of the University of the Pacific of the United States visited Tahota Chengdu Office as accompanied by associate professor Lungang Wang, Bo Jiang and Yongxi Cai of the law school of Southwest University of Finance and Economics. Professor Bloch is the consultant of the “experience-based legal education in China” project team of the University of the Pacific. The purpose of this visit is to promote exchange and learning between China and America on legal education and further promote experience-based legal education and clinical legal education.
The senior partner Chunyan Ma and full-time lawyer Zelong Qiu, Min Cheng, Hanzhen Liu, intern representative Danzhi Wang, Keli Liu and others of Tahota shared and exchanged with the visitors on intern management and the application of experience-based legal education. Professor Bloch highly praised effective intern work of Tahota and deeply analyzed the difference between China and western countries on experience-based legal education. Professor Bloch also introduced the situation of experience-based legal education in the United States.
