Moon Liu's original name is Liu Daliang in Chinese. He has a particular fondness for Chinese poetry that relates to the moon.When choosing his English name, he settled on "Moon," hoping to encapsulate the beautiful connotations associated with the moon in Chinese literature. Moon Liu, a lawyer with educational backgrounds in both computer science and law, serves as the Secretary-General of the Research Institute of Digital Economy Law affiliated with Tahota (Shenzhen) law firm, a committee member of the Data Compliance Committee of Shenzhen Alumni Association of the Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
