Mr. Hui has a dual knowledge background in science engineering and law, and specialized in handling technology-related cases. Mr. Hui has rich experience in patent and trademark invalidation and litigation, trade secret litigation, foreign-involved intellectual property protection, constructing patent-pool and FTO analysis. Typical clients served include Nike, GREE Electric, CNOOC, Shanghai Zhongchi, Ningbo Pioneer Electric, Fuji Industries, Lear Corporation (US), etc.

Since March 2007, Mr. Hui has been engaged in related work in the field of intellectual property, and has worked and practiced in the State Intellectual Property Office, an intellectual property agency company and a law firm in succession. Mr. Hui has represented hundreds of cases of invalidation and litigation of intellectual property rights, covering fields of patents, trade secrets, anti-unfair competition, trademarks, copyrights, etc., and some of the cases have been selected as typical cases of the Supreme People's Court. Mr. Hui has also acted as an attorney for more than 2,400 patent applications, and is proficient in trade secret protection, patent mining and layout, patent early warning , circumvention plan design and enterprise intellectual property strategic planning.
