Mr. Wu specializes in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors and related legal services, with a strong focus on capital markets. Mr. Wu has extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and domestic and overseas listings. Before joining Tahota Law Firm, Mr. Wu practiced at Fangda Partners, Junhe LLP, and served as a legal counsel for a consumer electronics company in the United States. Mr. Wu is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and China. During his career, Mr. Wu has represented numerous well-known investment institutions in completing equity investment projects and has assisted leading companies in establishing domestic and cross-border structures, equity incentive plans, restructurings, financings, and listings, and has advised clients on issues related to its business model, compliance and licensing requirements, and has provided ongoing legal services for other general corporate matters.
